Restaurant BROR

The critically acclaimed Restaurant BROR in the centre of Copenhagen is a Nordic gourmet restaurant by two former Noma chefs, Samuel Nutter and Victor Wagman. BROR’s innovative dishes and affordable prices have won the restaurant the sought-after Bib Gourmand award.The ambitions of Nutter and Wagman are to challenge themselves, the ingredients and flavours whilst exclusively using the very best Northern European seasonal produce – of which a large part is cultivated at the restaurant’s own farm on the island of Sejerø. Restaurant BROR is located in the Latin Quarter of central Copenhagen, and is approximately an 8-minute walk from Nørreport Metro Station.
